Peri-Menopausal / Menopausal Symptoms

This questionnaire lists symptoms and other factors most commonly found in women who are either peri-menopausal or menopausal, and suffering from low progesterone and/or estrogen.  Give yourself one point for every question you answer "Yes" and compare your total score below.

Do you have hot flashes?
Do you have night sweats?
Do you have vaginal dryness?            
Do you urinate frequently?                             
Are you depressed?    
Do you have difficulty sleeping?                    
Have you lost interest in sex?
Have your periods become irregular or ceased?

If your total score is less than 4 points, it is not likely that you have low progesterone and/or estrogen.  Scoring between 5-9 points indicates low progesterone and/or estrogen is likely.  A score above 9 points would suggest that low progesterone and/or estrogen is very likely.
